You should prepare a presentation of approximately twenty (one person) or forth (more than one person) minutes duration. Visual aids are usually transparencies and sometimes a video. A demonstration of the device is also expected. Each transparency should be uncluttered — too much information will be lost on the viewer. The first transparency should give your project title and a brief topical outline of the talk. Count on two minutes for each transparency. Practice your talk before the presentation, checking on time.
